1. Shipping

- Spain: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and costs €5.90. The cost to the Balearic Islands is €8.90 and to the Canary Islands it is €11.50.
- EU: The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days and it costs €19.90

*Shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties not included in the shipping price. The brand will not cover these costs.*

2. Returns / Exchanges


- The exchange or return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- The packaging/box must be the original and must be in perfect condition.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges or returns.

*If the return does not meet the requirements, the product will not be refunded.*

Once your return is approved, you will receive your refund via the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Please note that returns from countries outside the EU may incur additional customs fees. The brand will not cover these costs under any circumstances.

- Items must be without using and in their original condition.
- The packaging / box must be original and in perfect conditions.
- Shipping costs for changes or returns are carried out by the buyer.

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund process.

Returns from countries outside of the EU may include additional customs duties. In no case the brand will assume with these costs.
